Drill feeds
All components fitted to dhms drill feeds are manufactured from hard-wearing materials. The use of prismatic profiles ensures optimum gliding and sliding characteristics. All sliding elements and anti-wear components are designed for easy adjustment and replacement. 
A further characteristic is their high torsion stiffness. The product line comprises a wide range of drill feeds for various applications. This includes different lengths as well as a whole range of accessories and special attachments.
Special equipment can be provided for rockbolting and extension drilling. For resin bolting the drill feeds can be fitted with an hydraulic slewing arm and a drill rod detaching device. After a bolt-hole has been drilled the drill feed remains in its drilling position while the drill rod is slewed out by means of the slewing arm and the bolt can be inserted into the hole with the respective forces using the rock drill.
Various types of telescopic feeds are available for special applications. They make bolting possible even under low ceiling or back height without having to reduce blast hole lengths. An integral and extremely wear-resistant feed telescope ensures steady and even drill feed, thus reducing wear and tear. In addition to a high drilling speed, service life of drilling tools is increased.
For extension drilling the drill feeds can be fitted with hydraulic clamping, slewing and guiding components (so-called grippers). They are used as a gripping device for detachment of drill rods, for maintaining the drill rods in their position in the hole and for loading additional extension rods.
