Drill jumbo dh DT1
The crawler-mounted drill jumbo dh DT1 with a telescopic drill boom is the all-purpose machine for high-performance headings in medium to large-section roadways. The crawler base also allows the machine to operate on steep gradients.
A special feature is the low-level modular design. These modular components, whose outer dimensions have been optimized, can easily be assembled and fitted with the corresponding drill booms, drill feeds and controls to make up a fully operational drilling machine. Inside the robust drive chambers, the electrical and hydraulic drive components are effectively protected against damage during transport and manoeuvring.
In its basic version, the BTL 180 drill boom features an 800 mm telescopic lift, automatic parallel holding and a double rotary drive system. This equipment allows to guide the rock drill on the upper drill profile in many drilling positions, especially during bolting. This does not only reduce wear but also minimizes the distance between the last set of bolts and the working face.
Operators can choose from a wide range of drill feeds of different lengths and supplementary equipment for different drilling and bolting applications. This also includes different telescopic drill feeds allowing bolting work even in case of low heights without limiting the advance per round during blasthole drilling.
The high-performance dh DP15 drill hammer and dh DR160 drilling machine ensure high drilling speeds with a minimum of wear on the drilling tools.
